Escape to When the Sun Goes Down! This beautiful house is a cottage-style home with 3 levels that has 4 beds, and 3 baths. Enjoy ample room for your family and friends with sleeping accommodations for up to 13 guests. On the 3rd floor, you will find the king master suite, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and twin/twin bunk bed, and on the 2nd floor, you will find 2 more guest bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen over queen bunk bed with a queen trundle. The ground level has a garage (no parking available) with bonus space, a cornhole game, beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach wagon, toys, and a new bathroom with a shower and you will find an extra fridge. The back of the ground level leads out to a sitting area with a Propane grill and looks right at the community pool to watch the kiddos. For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer and a tankless water heater so you will never run out of hot water and there is a boat slip, so you have easy access to your boat. This community offers a community pool to soak up the Florida sun. The Village at Navarre has a community pier with 20 private boat slips! The pier is a great place to go fishing and park your boat.

Navarre Beach is a quaint beach community found just east of Pensacola and boasts 12 miles of sugar-white shoreline. Tucked between the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach Marine Park, this beach community offers solitude and simplicity, far from crowded theme parks and packed beaches. You will find solitude and simplicity for sun-seekers, families, outdoor adventurers, nature lovers, and water sports enthusiasts. Navarre’s pristine beaches are named among the best in the nation year after year. Visitors can sun on the beach, swim in emerald waters, enjoy a picnic in the park, or pedal along a scenic bike path.

While you’re here, visit the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center. Guests can learn all about sea turtles including local celebrity Sweet Pea, a rescued green sea turtle, and conservation education. Snorkel and shore divers will enjoy the beautiful Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary and artificial reef ideal for snorkeling and diving for any skill level.
