The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. Rentals to guests under 25 are not permitted. No exceptions.

This property is not available for guests traveling with pets.

Parking:

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per reservation. Spaces are not assigned and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are not required; however, all vehicle details must be submitted to Salty Stays prior to arrival for registration.



Elevator Access

There is one elevator on the property, located on the right side of the building. Sundunes 144 is conveniently located just off the elevator on the 4th floor.



Unit Access

This unit offers keyless entry for a smooth and convenient check-in experience. Access codes will be provided prior to check-in once all required check-in forms have been completed.
