Fantastic location, conducive to relaxation. The view is spectacular, sunset is stunning. The pool and hot tub were great. We did pay to heat it and it was 85ish all week. The house is laid out well for hanging out. We stayed in most nights and cooked dinner and there were plenty amenities in the kitchen to accomplish that. The living room was comfortable for chatting, there is a very long table you could seat 10 comfortably at and a second seating area facing the bay. We were all nervous about the Dollar General directly across the street, but it was not a problem and indeed we all enjoyed the convenience of running over to grab neccessities. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I ran everyday and never encountered loose dogs or any other problem. A few negatives- we chose this location because we were traveling with another couple and this advertised 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. This is NOT accurate. There is one spectacular master with 2 FULL bathrooms attached to it, but the other king bedroom is a separate room from the full bath on that side. You had to go into the hall between rooms and there is no door blocking the hall from the living rm/kitchen. This is tough with 2 couples splitting the cost. Also, the internet didn't work all week. Tough if you need to work or want TV . Lastly, the storm door from the screen room to the backyard had a defective closing mechanism so it slammed loudly every time.Easy to deal with owner. Recommend.
