Le condominium Beach Colony Resort East vous attend pour des vacances reposantes. Offrez-vous ce complexe de luxe, situé directement sur la plage de Navarre, avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique.

Ce condo haut de gamme est au 2e étage et dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Le maßtre est meublé avec un lit king size avec une salle de bain avec baignoire jacuzzi et douche à l'italienne. Vous voudrez passer du temps à vous imprégner de la baignoire et à admirer la vue sur le golfe. Le maßtre ouvre sur un grand balcon circulaire. La deuxiÚme chambre dispose de deux lits doubles trÚs confortables pour une bonne nuit de sommeil. Chaque chambre est équipée d'une télévision LCD. La salle de bain d'hÎtes est grande et située juste à cÎté de la 2Úme chambre.

Le grand salon dispose de nombreux siĂšges avec de nouveaux meubles en cuir. La vue depuis le salon vous permettra d'admirer le golfe du Mexique depuis votre chaise.

Profitez d'heures de dĂ©tente assis sur le grand balcon circulaire, avec vue sur le quai de pĂȘche de Navarre et les gens qui regardent.

La cuisine entiÚrement meublée est équipée d'ustensiles de cuisine, de vaisselle et de verrerie. Il est rempli d'articles que vous trouverez dans votre propre cuisine. Il y a un bar pour deux personnes attaché. La salle à manger a une table à manger pour 4 personnes pour vous asseoir et profiter de la vue spectaculaire sur l'eau vert émeraude.

Le condo est livré avec un service Wi-Fi gratuit. Le complexe dispose d'une salle d'exercice sur place et d'une salle sociale. La grande piscine fermée sur place se sent bien aprÚs une journée passée à se prélasser au soleil et des courts de tennis sont également disponibles sur place.

Beautiful Condo

We will be staying here again. We loved the Condo and everything was prefect. The beds were soft and the water pressure was really good. Plenty of dishes if you want to do any cooking. The furniture was very comfortable. Beach chairs and beach toys for the kids are in the condo. Board games and books if you want to read. Owner is very nice and easy to work with. He even sent us a text that we could check in early. Prefect location to the Pier, not to far and not to close. Pool is big and up to 5 foot deep. This is the prefect place to stay.

Wonderful Place

We enjoyed our stay here with four adults and a newborn. The room was clean and welcoming. Several beach items to use in the storage unit and there are several board games as well. Quick and easy access to the beach and pool.

Great condo

We enjoyed staying at Beach Colony Resort, it was decorated great. Easy entry and well stocked if there was small kids they have plenty of games and outdoors stuff. Only my husband a one grand we had plenty of room ,will definitely come again.2 B is a beautiful condo. Martha Gardner

Amazing unit and host

This place was fantastic, and Tim is a fantastic host, ensuring our stay was top-notch. The unit was even better than the pictures, with an amazing view of the beach and pier. Being on the 2nd floor meant a quick elevator ride or short stair walk, and you were at the beach! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and as others have mentioned, even though we couldn't take advantage of it, Tim gave us the opportunity to check in early. We'll be back!

Absolutely perfect!

This condo was beautiful with a great location. Everything you could need was provided. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The host was exceptional. Perfect Getaway

My adult daughter and I wanted to take a Girl Getaway and decided on Navarre Beach. What a beautiful choice it was! We had such a relaxing time and it was so peaceful with perfect weather. Tim was an excellent host who responded immediately to any questions we had and he provided all of the information we needed beforehand for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic place with ocean view!

Loved the condo and all that was part of our stay! Lots of supplies and space in condo. We spent a lot of time on the balcony when beach was too stormy but still could watch the ocean! Relaxing and peaceful first visit to Navarre Beach. Thank you!

This condo is perfect! I didn’t know how much I would like the 2nd floor because I’ve always stayed higher up but I absolutely loved it!!! So convenient and still incredible views! The condo had everything we needed and was clean and beautiful! Tim was fantastic to work with!

Fall Girlfriend Getaway!

We have stayed at BC several times and love everything about the resort! This unit was great as well. Well appointed and comfy beds. We appreciated the supply of kitchen and laundry staples, and provided beach towels were a plus. Tim was very attentive, and answered any questions quickly. He even allowed us to check in early! We had a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Family Beach Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay here and will be booking again for next year. The owner text me the day before our trip letting me know we could arrive early. This really let us maximize our arrival day. The condo was very spacious, much bigger than I realized. The views were great and I really enjoyed the windows in the master bath.

Relaxing in Paradise

This condo was immaculate! Very clean, excellently supplied, and perfectly decorated. It had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and extra blankets, and everything you could ever need for a day out on the beach. Chairs, shovels, nets, sandcastle supplies, floats, you name it! We were so happy and so relaxed. The view of the sunrise coming up over the pier in the morning was beautiful and serene. Tim was very responsive, positive, and helpful through text during check in and check out. It was a seemless process and we did not have any issues at all. The condo is situated only 30 minutes from Destin and Pensacola Beach. We were able to meet family for dinner at both places as the drive was leisurely and fast. We will be back! Thank you Tim!

Wonderful place!

This place is terrific! Very clean and a wonderful condo property. This place is on the second floor and only a short walk to the pool/beach. The pool is huge. It has a patio with a great view of the beach and pier. We had coffee each morning outside. It is super comfortable with everything you need. Tim, the property manager is super nice and let us know ASAP that it was ready for check in, well before the 4 o’clock check in! He is a wonderful host! We will be back!!

Best Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had not taken a beach vacation in several years. We loved the location and loved how family oriented this area was. The beach was not crowded and there was plenty of room to set up no matter what time you went out. The pool was very spacious and we were able to get chairs any time we went there as well. The condo was very comfortable/roomy and our week was very relaxing. The view from the balcony and living room is absolutely breathtaking while enjoying my coffee every morning. We did not want to leave!!!

Great location and host

This was our second time at the Colemans condo. Mr Coleman is very quick to respond to questions. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We love being on the second floor, it allowed us to walk up the stairs if we wanted instead of taking the elevator. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Vacation with Stunning Gulf Views

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this clean, well-equipped condo. The breathtaking views of the Gulf from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom were a major highlight, and spotting dolphins with the provided binoculars was an unforgettable experience. The beds were comfortable, and the convenience of the beach just steps away allowed us to swim daily and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The condo’s location was ideal, close to Publix and just minutes away from a delightful dolphin tour and the pier. The large resort swimming pool was also a hit. Extras like beach chairs, an umbrella, and toys added to our comfort. Being on the 2nd floor, we easily took the stairs, avoiding waits for the elevator. Our kids absolutely loved it and were sad to leave. Highly recommend!

Great Condo!
