Hôtels près du National Civil War Naval Museum à Columbus

« Such a Beautiful, CLEAN hotel! The rooms were lovely! We had the BEST view of the Chattahoochee River! This was a trip for my daughters and me. We went upstairs to the rooftop bar. The drinks were okay, nothing to brag about, but the view was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I would definitely return with my husband!! Classy hotel! »

« Clean room, helpful staff. »

« When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee? There was no TV's anywhere and...

« Upon arrival at the property it took about 10 mins or more for us to be greeted at the front desk. Then, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned whatsoever. We reported it and then were given a new room which was better than the last as far as the bed being made, but that was about it. The bathroom lights didn’t work, the hallways smelt strongly of what I assume was animal urine from the sighting of dogs present in the hotel, and there was also roaches present in our room. »

« El cuarto estaba terriblemente en mal estado!!! La puerta del baño estaba caída, la bañera esta super sucia!! Y olía felicitado mal, no volvere!!! »

« Loved staying here. My husband graduated BCT and we stayed here for the family weekend. Staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast was pretty good! Will definitely stay here again for AIT graduation »

« Great »

« I didn’t like that they charge you the morning that you are due to check in before you even check in but overall everything else was great breakfast and all. »

« After traveling to Columbus I was called by the hotel and told that I couldn’t check in until 6:30 I check in was supposed to be at 3… once finally checked on at 7 the room they gave me was flooded I had to wait another 30/45 minutes before they gave me another room once they gave me another room the shower didn’t work in that one so had to wait on another room experience was just completely inconvenient and overwhelming the only thing that made it worth while is the customer service I received...

« It was in a very good location as to what I needed as far as services. Unfortunately, the television television would automatically turn itself on to the welcome page at 3:45 AM every morning morning waking me up where I had issues getting back to sleep. Also, the shower seem to leak water out onto the floor, no matter how you tucked to the shower curtain in. It also took a room change in two remote remote control controls to get a TV to work »

« The room was clean and nice. No complaints. »
