« Hotel impeccable, chambres propres et personnel accueillant. »

« I have only stayed the four times and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Horsham. They have put me in early when I need to be in. They have put me downstairs when they I didn’t realise that we had to say upstairs or downstairs. I take my hat off to the cleaners they are excellent and the whole place is so clean. The waitresses are so polite and everyone talks to everyone. Excellent for everything even at the reception. »

Internet gratuit. »

« The bathroom would not pass a building inspection with black mould around the bath and the mirror. They did not inform us that the live music would be going on until 2:30 in the morning. Nor that our room was directly above the band in the beer garden. To make matters worse, the springs in the bed made it impossible to sleep. If you are going to have live music outside the room, then they should have warned us. Will never stay here again. »

« We called the day prior to organise late check-in, the staff were lovely and helpfull with our request. thank you. »
