« No score cards at the putt putt course. Bathroom door was hard to close ,needs adjusted. »

« Balcony was nice - had a hard time getting temperature in room right- but did manage to get it to warm up- coffee maker was horrible- water jut sat in where pod went- so weak and no flavor- but left early to go get coffee- other than that nice room for price »

« Clean breakfast »

« The room was dusty. There were leftover soap and shampoo container seals left in the shower so not sure it was cleaned. The bed was a memory foam mattress on a very cheap slat and particle board lower frame. It creaked and squeaked with every move. We felt like we could have fell through to the floor as much as the bed sagged when we slept. You hear everything from each room on the top floor because the wood floors and gaps under the doors let you hear everything. I’m sure if you are hard of...

« DON'T STAY HERE! Expedia should be ashamed for recommending. Checked in the evening for a two-night stay. Guest has a medical condition and it very important the room be non-smoking and clean. Upon arrival smoke smell was obvious as well as a cigarette butt found on the floor. The bathroom was disgusting and hadn't appeared to be cleaned in quite some time even though there was a strong chemical smell. After sitting for several minutes, and getting a headache, left and requested a refund....

« Not the kinda place to bring your wife for a romantic getaway. We booked for two nights because for some reasons I had it in my head everything would be booked up and I rushed without reading the reviews. This place is overpriced for even as cheap as it is. If you are working as a lumberjack crew of men I would still negotiate the price down. The bathroom door would not fully shut. I’m not talking about hard to shut I’m talking hold it why you use the bathroom. The only positives I have to say...

« Great location, perfect getaway! Place was very clean. Hot tub worked great. Just a block off Main Street. Very quiet, definitely would book it again. »

« Room was very clean. Very nice window view. Close to everything. Would stay again! »

« We initially enjoyed our stay at Lil Black Bear Inn. We were promptly greeted by Jim and shown our room. The room & property were nice & well kept. We loved it! We did, however, find ourselves at odds with Jim at breakfast on our 2nd day. On day 1 we had an accidental, minor spill in the dining room. There was no one around & no paper towels or paper napkins available to guests, so rather than leave the spill, we had to use a cloth napkin to clean it up. Rather than politely pulling me aside at...

« Very close to Hard truth and town! »

« Beautiful location with scenery. Perfect for a quiet weekend with privacy that's close enough for the adventure of downtown »

« Great stay and close to everything. »

« Great location away from the Nashville strip. Clean comfortable and owner was so easy to work with and accommodating! »

« My husband and I stayed two nights with our dog. Location was very convenient to shopping and Brown County State Park. Check in was super easy. Cottage was small, cute and clean. Beds were comfy and we slept good. The backyard was nice to relax in. Communication was very good too. We would stay again. »

« If I could give this property 100 stars I would. Everything about our stay was perfect. The accommodations, the communication, the dogs, and especially the hosts. The hosts recommended restaurants, things to do in the area, and sat out on the patio with us just talking about life. The three dogs were an extra bonus who guarded us and gave us love. We are already looking at dates to book again. If you are in the Nashville, Indiana area, this is the place to stay! »
