Luxe amenities include a beautifully landscaped courtyard, a fitness center, and a seasonal pool in the heart of the building. Pairing contemporary style with a sustainable design, this forward-thinking retreat includes features like energy-efficient systems and a green roof. Your light-filled condo also boasts high ceilings, large picture windows, and a sleek full kitchen.



Comfort awaits in the chic living area, featuring a 55-inch smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a queen futon. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with ample cookware and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Then gather for home-cooked meals at the dining table for six.



This condo sleeps six guests between the bedroom, queen futon in the living area, and two twin sleeper chairs. The stylish bedroom is appointed with a cloud-like king bed and a 42-inch smart TV. A twin sleeper chair provides additional sleeping space. The bathroom holds a sparkling tub/shower combination, and a separate makeup room provides an extra layer of convenience as well as an additional twin sleeper chair.

Walk to The Gulch and explore local boutiques, a vibrant nightlife, and one of the hottest food scenes in the city. You’re also near other sought-after areas, including Music Row and Edgehill Village. Or, take a quick rideshare to downtown to visit the convention center and iconic Nashville attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Ryman Auditorium. Bridgestone Arena and Nissan Stadium are also a short drive away.
