The Harmony Lofts offers a classy and spacious home base for your Nashville stay, whether you need easy access to Vanderbilt University and Medical Center or if you’re seeking your own Music City adventure. With its 1,220 sq. ft., fast WiFi, and 2 free dedicated parking spots, this boutique condo is the perfect fit for small groups or families, whether you’ll be working remotely, exploring the lovely and quiet West End neighborhood, or experiencing the concerts and thrills of Broadway - only a 10-minute drive away!

The Harmony Lofts can sleep up to 4 guests, while the open dining and living area has bountiful seating and couch space for hosting friends and family. Fusing the comforts of home with the luxury of a hotel, you can enjoy the loft’s plentiful amenities and open minimalist design while still having a safe place to step away, with the two spacious bedrooms located at opposite ends of the loft for maximum privacy.

★ Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed with a desk/workspace, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with shower tub and Plaine Products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash).

★ Fully-equipped chef's kitchen and coffee bar, stocked with Honest Coffee (delicious coffee locally roasted in Nashville) and an assortment of teas, sugars, spices, etc.
★ Combined living room/dining area with large couch, smart TV (with Hulu + Live), dining table for 6, and island seating for 4.
★ In-unit washer/dryer set (detergent and laundry pods included).
★ Sustainability: Eco-conscious travelers will find zero-waste market tote bags, biodegradable and vegan toiletries, and other plastic-free amenities.
★ For families: amenities for children can be made available upon request (i.e., crib, play mat, high chair).

Mason Lofts is a 4-story boutique aparthotel conveniently located in West End. It offers the quiet calm of a residential neighborhood while being less than 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Broadway and downtown. Mason Lofts provides the opportunity to live like a local with a service, and mindful luxury of a hotel.

Access instructions to the building will be provided the day before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Access is via smart locks. Guests will be given a code for the common areas and another code for the condo itself.

We do a thorough check of the property before each stay, making sure everything is spotless, stocked, and functioning properly. We respect your space and privacy during your stay, but we're always nearby and ready to help with any questions or concerns (and can be contacted 24/7 in case of emergencies).

West End is a quiet and charming neighborhood, within walking distance to Centennial Park and the Parthenon, bars and restaurants on West End Ave, and Vanderbilt University and Medical Center. And you’ll be a short drive away from Belmont University, the Nashville Opera, Sylvan Park, McCabe Golf Course, and plenty of great local neighborhoods to explore, such as Hillsboro Village, 12 South, and Wedgewood Houston. You can also get to Broadway and downtown Nashville in less than 10 minutes.

★ All units are rented on a short-term basis, therefore weekends can be noisy due to large groups in the building. We also manage the unit directly above this one, so please inform your host if your upstairs neighbors are being loud.
★ We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors' availability.

Amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided. For families traveling with small children, special provisions can be made available upon request (i.e., crib, play mat, high chair). Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.

We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plus what's already on the holder. Please note that we do not offer restocking during your stay, so you may need to purchase additional supplies if needed.

At checkout, we kindly ask guests to take out the trash, turn off the lights, log out of all streaming accounts, place all dirty dishes into the dishwasher, start a quick wash, and start a load of laundry (dirty towels). Checkout instructions will also be found in a "survival" guide on the TV console, along with our recommendations and everything you need to know about your stay in Nashville.

11) No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
12) Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay
13) For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property

Family trip with the in-laws

We visited Nashville with my husband and his parents for a long weekend and to go to a football game. The location was perfect for what we were looking for, central to some great Nashville spots yet set back in a neighborhood. the host was very accommodating and even had a driver that we could use throughout our stay that was responsive and inexpensive. The set up was great with each bedroom having its own private bathroom and big walk in closets. The only issue is that there is minimal soundproofing between the floors. Loved the set up of the aparthotel as a solution to urban spaces housing needs and tourism driven wants of staying in a space that feels more like a home.
