The Bohemian Farmhouse of your dreams awaits in this 4 bed, 3.5 bath!

Refreshingly unique and yet delightfully familiar, the feeling of home will immediately embrace you upon your first steps inside of "Nashville Love". With beautiful details like exquisite brick mantles, a herringbone kitchen backsplash, and elegant tiling throughout the bathrooms, the rustic modern style featured throughout the space charms from literally every angle! The outdoor areas are equally as magical, with a breathtaking patio deck, a roomy sitting area and table, and (not one but two) firepits, perfect for those cooler nights. There is so much to love about this gorgeous Nashville home and we cannot wait to host you here!

Layout: The first level of the home is framed by a charming front porch and rocking chairs, perfect for those relaxed vacation mornings. The front door opens into the cozy living space which leads into the kitchen. To the left of the main living area, there are 2 bedrooms, one of whic has an en suite bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on this level. The first level also has a laundry room, and is connected to the beautiful outdoor deck. The second level of the home has 3 bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, and an additional full bathroom.

You will have access to the entire home. We will send you the access code by website messenger with the entry instructions 24-48 hours prior to check in.

Your host will be available daily from 8am-11pm via the booking site or app. For accountability and documentation reasons, please refrain from calling us or contacting us outside of the booking app, except in case of emergency.

Emergencies occurring outside of business hours above will be directed to host emergency line for assistance. If you feel that you are in need of immediate emergency services (police, fire, medical, etc.) please don't hesitate to call these services.

East Nashville is known for its unique charm, local art scene, and vibrant music venues. A short drive will take you to popular attractions, including downtown Nashville, the Grand Ole Opry, and the Nashville Zoo.

GUEST RENTAL POLICY

Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you.
Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.

Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.

Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

This was a great choice. The house was perfect for us (3 couples.) Two master suites (one on ground floor) and 2 more bedrooms upstairs next to another full bath. We only needed 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The location was perfect. We did lots of tourist stuff and this is close to everything -- including non-tourist things like grocery stores. Super convenient.The neighborhood was residential, some older homes mixed with more recent remodels. Feels very safe.The owners/managers were easy to get hold of.We would certainly stay there again.
