Keyless entry, so very easy to enter the condo at any point. Free parking available. You can walk to many things though and there are plenty of Ubers available.

Located right next to the famous Music Row, Hillsborough Village, Vanderbilt University and Belmont University! Walking distance to shopping, bars, live music and restaurants. Close to recording studios, labels, publishers - you never know you may see walking around the area. Very safe area! Less than 2.5 miles to the main bar area on Broadway.

No car is needed as the condo is located in a very walkable area and there are plenty of Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis to help you get around. If you choose to bring a car through, the condo rental comes with free parking.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We`ve put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don`t try to sneak an animal in - we will know! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the dumpster. $75 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.
