Our home is located in The Nations, one of the hottest and fastest growing neighborhoods in Nashville, Tennessee. The Nations is a bustling neighborhood with newly developed homes, local restaurants, breweries, boutique shopping, coffee shops and entertainment. The majority of residents here are young families and professionals who prefer the convenience of being close to downtown and the laid-back atmosphere. It has a quiet neighborhood feel, while being close to the interstate, ten minutes from downtown, and 20 minutes to the airport.



Red bicycle(coffee), fountain of juice, Bringles BBQ, Centennial Bar and Grill, Brightside bake shop, and many other restaurants are a 15 minute walk. L&L market is a 4 min drive with the famous five daughters donuts, shopping, and more great restaurants.



West Park is practically across the street. A simple 5 minute walk to Baseball Fields, play grounds, Soccer Fields, gymnasium, and more.



• We are located 14 miles from the BNA Airport, or a 22 minute drive.

• The neighborhood is very walkable with the majority of it having sidewalks and you will see people out and about walking throughout the day and night. There is a ton of street parking throughout the neighborhood.

• Uber and Lyft are readily accessible as well to take you anywhere you'd like to go!

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

This house looked amazing online and the location was great. Unfortunately, the beds did not feel clean; the sheets did not feel clean; the towels were well-used and some were dirty; kitchen and bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned; dishes/silverware/utensils in kitchen were mis-matched and there were several that were dirty. Also, there was only 1 coffee mug (for a house this sized and for our group of 6). Upon check in, I emailed the host. I was told that they could get more mugs to us but they were “swamped” at the time. I had to follow up with host over the next 2 days until more mugs were finally delivered after 2 days. For a property like this and the cost, we expected better.

There were no dish rags or dish towels. We had to buy them. There were only 2 coffee cups, so we bought disposable cups, Then Keurig coffee maker quit working after day 2. Found bed bugs in the 3rd floor of house the 1st night. Requested a different rental but they had none available, so we had to double up on sleeping. We were never able to use the 3rd floor. The host didn’t send help until Monday & requested help early Sat morning. The door locks beep all the time, even after battery changes. TVs do not work well. Absolutely no instructions in the house for anything. Towel racks falling off the wall, stained upholstery on chair, scuffed walls.

WARNING: BEDBUG INFESTATION

The initial stages of the process went well from the payments, the communication, and checking in (6/12/25-6/15/25). It went downhill once I reported the bedbug issue at midnight on the first night.-Reported issue and received a response 10hrs later-Exterminators at the house spraying the next day. Told we had to return immediately to get our stuff and get out. We left our lunch, missed a prepaid tour, and had to cancel dinner reservations. And some family members left the trip due to this. - We did everything we could in hopes we didn’t carry any home with us. Not a fun feeling and left feeling DISGUSTED-Requested a full refund. King Rentals shorted me. Told me I had to work the rest out with VRBO. They were not willing to help me get the remainder of the money.-King Rentals will not talk with you on the phone or give you a contact for mgmt. Multiple respond to your messages with passive aggressive responses. They give you the run around.-Shoes were left in a closet while in a rush and they claim they didn’t find anything.-I would NOT use King Rentals Property Mgmt again after this experience.-Arwa at VRBO was super! Great customer service and did everything she could to help.

Nice property

Property was as advertised. It could have been a bit cleaner. Cup with drink was left on floor in upstairs family room and floors didn't look freshly mopped. Upon a later arrival, which I had communicated, neither door would unlock using the code given. Contacted property management. The lady provided many different codes to unlock doors but non were successful. We then inquired about the garage door keypad and that fortunately worked. Took 45 minutes to gain access. Main doors were not fixed until the next day. Maintenance came late morning to fix internet and key pads. He was super nice. It all worked out but not sure what would have happened if we didn't suggest or have the garage door for access as the lady on the phone assisting was running out of ideas. Entrance access definitely needs checked before guests arrival. Happy they had someone who returned a message left on a voicemail late at night. Other than that, I would revisit property again.

Great Property But

This is a great property in a great location. Especially if you need room for a large group. But, It could be maintained better. We found wet dishes in the cabinets and dirty pans in the oven. Someone also left a plastic tray full of crumbs in a kitchen drawer. All of these things should have been handled by the cleaning crew before we got there.

Beautiful home!

The house was beautiful, plenty of room for us to spread out. The upper level could use more insulation/sound barrier, you can hear everything through the ceiling/floors/walls. There were no washcloths, the bath towels were dingy and needed to be replaced(we had to purchased our own). Limited cooking pots and pans. Aside from the minor flaws we would definitely stay there again.
