The host was very good about constant communication. The unit location was great and the beds were comfortable. It is a little dated if that matters to anyone. Pay attention to the 1 bathroom description, we did not. Overall it was a good experience.

Everything was as advertised. Great view, excellent covered parking, amenities included. Please leave instructions for turning the Nashville sign on for the next guests. It took us a bit to figure it out but our pictures afterwards were awesome.

Apartment was great and perfect for what we needed. The second bathroom was very convenient since we had a large group. The family of groundhogs outside was cool to see as we don't have those at home. Quick Uber ride to Broadway but not much else around it.

Not too bad

Very clean. Close to everything but lots of noise and construction. Could hear everyone upstairs.Just a convenient place to stay. Nothing around it. Not enough towels and they reeked of bleach.

This place was just as described. Great location, we were able to walk to all the hot spots. It was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back and staying again!

Great place

Place was perfect inside. I would only say that it is a bit out of walking distance to all of the action. Uber was perfect and usually about 7-10. I would also say to get to a store for some things was not easy.. required an uber. All in all… nice place !!!

The room was perfect! Comfortable beds and seating, well supplied, like they promised, clean and no issues. The bonus of the maps and visitors guides was top notch.The neighborhood is decent, we walked alot, and the numberrestaurants

Wonderful location

This house was wonderful!!! It is within perfect walking distance to Broadway. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Overall perfect home away from home. My only complaint would be upstairs neighbors and the noise. But would book again but other then that

Downtown Nashville Riverfront Apartment

A little concerned w/location, quite a bit of construction directly across the street, w/construction noise in the bedroom closest to the street. Concerned noise would wake us up, thank goodness we arrived on a Friday.Not aware this was an apartment, description says home a couple times, had I known would have looked for a 3rd floor. Had people above us, were woken up to heavy foot steps at 1am lasted about 1.5hrs then again at 8am, luckily they checked out later that morning, no one else checked in during our stay.Apartment is nice & cozy inside. Parking is covered it rained really hard one night we were out, super thankful for covered parking. Photos posted are very accurate, deck is small but nice to step out & watch the barges float by or enjoy a cup of coffee. Loved fire place, we definitely used it several times, puts out decent heat. Beds are super comfy, wish there were extra pillows in the bedroom closest to the entrance, my son was use to thicker pillows so his neck was a bit sore. We stayed end of Dec. 2024 so chilly, wish there were also extra throw blankets to put on the beds. Smart TVs had access to football games, YouTube TV was available, can sign into other apps make sure to sign out. Kitchen had several spices, olive oil, pan spray, sugar, creamer, plenty of coffee, tinfoil & ziplock bag. Pots & pans could be replaced, bar chairs could have cushions. Easy to get Uber.Ordered groceries from Instacart, very convenient w/fast delivery. Communication great.
