Rocktop Nashville is a private 3+ Acre estate, just 14 Minutes from the action on Broadway. With a huge private yard, 2 pickleball courts, and a hot tub, the estate offers endless on-site entertainment to delight guests of all ages.

When you pull into the private driveway, you will have parking for up to 10 vehicles.

When you enter the house, you are greeted with a spacious open room, with 10 foot ceilings. The living, dining, kitchen area is all united in one massive open concept.

This house sits on over 3+ acres and the backyard is very private. You have an ample amount of space to enjoy in the flat grassy yard with total privacy. This is a very unique backyard, compared to most properties in the area.
-A Large back deck has a dining table for 12, and a gas grill to cook up a feast.,

Steps down from the deck is a large concrete area with the following:
- Couches surrounding a gas fire pit
- A 7 person Hot tub
- A massive gazebo with couches and chairs providing ample seating for your entire group. Bistro lights provide a great space to enjoy at night.

Outside of the main hang out zone lies 3+ acres of flat usable lawn. On the lawn are also the following:
- Two professionally designed pickleball courts. Pickleball paddles and balls are provided.

Pets are not welcome. Fees of $500+ will be applied if there is notice of pets on the property. There are absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed on the property. Large parties/gatherings over the stated number of guests will result in immediate eviction.

The Hot Tub is drained, cleaned and sanitized and filled between every stay.

The driveway is very large and is not shared with any neighbors. Large RV`s and big trucks have plenty of space to park.

Gardeners come once a week USUALLY on Friday AM to service the property. They will stay out of your way during their visit which lasts just over an hour. They occasionally come on Saturday`s when they can`t come Friday due to weather.
