Perched on the top floor of a boutique building in East Nashville, this three-bedroom, three-bath penthouse was designed for groups who want one great home base instead of two ordinary ones. The first terrace is all about the evening: a deep sectional around a gas fire pit, string lights strung overhead, and the skyline glowing to the west. The second is the covered pergola terrace with a dining table and lanterns for long dinners, lazy brunches, or a shaded afternoon with a book. Both are private to the penthouse.

Inside, the open living space is filled with light from oversized windows, with a full kitchen, island seating, a leather sofa, and an upright piano waiting for whoever in your group claims to play. The primary suite has a king bed and private bath; the second suite has a queen and its own bath; and the bunk room is the fun room the kids, cousins or bridesmaids will call first. A queen sofa bed in the living room brings the total to ten, with a third full bathroom so nobody waits.
