Our cozy stone cottage is a wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood filled with mature trees. Just minutes away from Belmont and Vanderbilt, 2 miles to downtown and walkable to some of the best places in eat in Nashville's 12 South district. Our home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a loft with twin beds for extra guests that come to visit. A beautiful back deck provides space to enjoy your morning coffee or to unwind with an evening cocktail.

I'm here if you need me very close by but I try to give you your privacy .

Belmont area is a relaxed neighborhood with cozy cafes , Hip eateries and cocktail bars and boutiques .
Belmont university , Vanderbilt University and Lipscomb university are close to this location.
Many young familes flock to this area for the amazing schools and beautiful homes with its great walkability .

Our cottage has a stocked, remodeled kitchen with new appliances including a Keurig coffeemaker multi pot. We provide local coffee beans to add that Nashville flavor!
Cook dinner at home or walk to great eateries in the Belmont or 12 South neighborhoods.
Each queen bed has a new Lucid mattress. All beds have cozy bedding, including the twin beds in the loft.
The loft has a dedicated office space should you need to work while here. You will need to climb stair to access the loft area.
Laundry area is in the basement and features a new washer and dryer.

You can use our bus transit , uber , Lyft or walk to just about everthing even the grocery store .
