Get a true home away from home away from home . This fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has stainless steel appliances, new luxury vinyl planks, and huge walk-in closets (if you want a walk-in closet, this is the place!). The 10 foot ceilings make it even more spacious. Convenience is key - the location is perfect! It is right off of Broad Street in downtown Murfreesboro only 4 blocks from the square. It is 2.4 miles from Ascension St Thomas hospital and only 2 miles from MTSU. There 2 parking spaces.
*Washer/dryer are in the home.
*Certain pets are allowed with 1 time pet fee.

The property was exactly as pictured online, and we had a wonderful stay.The house was spotless, and the kitchen was very well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, (even tried to look to see the mattress brand so we could get the same one back home).Fantastic to have a bathroom for every bedroom!Communication with the host was excellent; check-in was simple, with great directions on where to park on the property.Perfect little yard for our dog.We hope to book again in the future!"

Very clean with new fixtures and finishes - everything was fresh and updated - super comfortable! It was so nice having 3 full bathrooms and an open kitchen. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and our host was very accommodating and was very responsive. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was an absolute treat! Rhett was a spectacular host and the house was just the cutest and most comfortable. Large seating are in living room. Well stocked kitchen. Ensuite for every bedroom. Neat as a pin and clean as can be. Charmingly decorated. Would absolutely book this property again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The front of the property doesn’t match the inside. Nicely decorated and spacious. The dogs next door are a concern. They are not friendly. Other than that I would as absolutely use this property again.

It was a great experience - the place was perfectly clean, the instructions were clear, and we had a great time. Having a bathroom next to/attached to each bedroom meant that we never had any issues getting ready/splitting the space which was important to me. We had more than enough towels and whatnot. 10/10 experience.

Good location plenty of restaurants very close. Home is clean well kept. Positives are larger room for master w attached bath. Second room also has attached bathroom. All TV have Fubo for free. Appliances are newer worked well. Washer needs a bleach cycle, mildew smell because lid is always closed. One important point the area is “loud” old house and definitely loud traffic noise. Neighbors are close need to put their dogs on leashes one puppy charged our dog but he was friendly good news there. Parking is tight as neighbors had 3 cars they were pushed over abit into house parking. Overall 4 stars probably 3-4. Price was abit high based on other VRBOs … new years most likely.

Very Clean and easy to find.

We were very impressed with the VRBO as soon as we walked in, clean and smelled great. the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again when we return. The parking was a little tricky but manageable. Thank You.
