To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, the following will result in a minimum $150 fee:

PETS WELCOME WITH PET FEE OF $150 covering up to two pets only.

•Vomit or urine cleanup, including towels or bedding
•Smoking of any kind inside the property
•Damaged items or property damage

We provide a starter set of guest essentials to help you get settled in:

•2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
•2 rolls of paper towels
•1 cleaning sponge
•1 travel-size bar soap and shampoo
•A handful of K-Cups or a small bag of ground coffee

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
