One Building, Five suites, A 98-year-old home on historic Music Row. Every floor honors a legend: Taylor, Elvis, Dolly, Johnny Cash, & Chris Stapleton. Sleeps 26, 17 beds, 8 Bedrooms, 6 baths, 5 kitchens, 5 free parking spots, balcony with fire pits & Belmont Mansion views. RCA Studio B is a short walk away.

Built for reunions, bachelorette weekends, corporate retreats, & game weekends at Vanderbilt & Belmont. Each suite has its own kitchen, so five families can gather without sharing a fridge.

**THE SPACE**

You`re booking all five suites of a 98-year-old home on Music Row, each one designed around a music legend. Every suite has its own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom — so your group gets the togetherness of one house with the privacy of five apartments.

GROUND FLOOR

The Swiftie Suite (sleeps up to 6): 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths with walk-in showers. Bedroom #1 - `The Showgirl Room` has a queen bed and TV. Bedroom #2 - `The Meet Me At Midnight Room` has a queen plus twin bunks under a custom starry-night ceiling with a full moon chandelier, TV and a walk-in closet designed to double as a custom makeup station. Full kitchen with dining table for 6.

The Chris Stapleton Tennessee Whiskey Lounge (sleeps up to 6): 2 bedrooms, 1 Full bathroom. Bedroom #1 - `Drink You Away` and Bedroom #2 `Whiskey & You`, each have a queen bed and TV. A spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa, dining table for 8, cocktail bar, and a decorative fireplace. The covered front porch seats your whole crew - lounge seating plus a table for 6.

These two suites connect through a lockout door, turning the entire first floor into one large space.

SECOND FLOOR

The Elvis Presley Heartbreak Hotel (sleeps up to 6): 1 bedroom with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa and TV, plus a flex room that converts from a dining room (seating 6) to a third queen bed, also with a TV. Full kitchen with gas range, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. 1 Full bathroom is located in this unit with a walk-in shower.

The Dolly Parton Backwoods Barbie Suite (sleeps up to 10): The biggest suite in the house. Bedroom #1 `The Butterfly Room` has a queen bed. Bedroom #2 `The What Would Dolly Do Room` has a king, two singles in bunk formation, and a walk-in closet that doubles as a custom makeup station. 10 people can get ready for Broadway without fighting over a mirror. The living room adds two queen sleeper sofas, a dining table for 8, a coffee station, and a cocktail stand. 1 Full bathroom serves this unit with a tub/shower combo.

The Johnny Cash Walk The Line Studio (sleeps up to 2): A private queen studio with kitchenette and full bathroom featuring a walk-in-shower. Perfect for the grandparents, the newlyweds, or whoever in your group wants a quiet corner. Pack `n` Play stored in the closet.

The second-story balcony has outdoor furniture seating for 12, 2 gas fire pits, evening lighting, and a straight view of the Belmont Mansion. One half of the balcony is accessed from The Johnny Cash Suite and the other half from the Backwoods Dolly Suite.

**NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW**

You`re on 17th Avenue South - the real Music Row, where the labels, publishers, and studios still work. RCA Studio B, where Elvis recorded over 200 songs, is a short walk from the front door. Belmont University and Belmont Mansion are just up the hill; Vanderbilt is less than a mile away. Walk to Vandy & Belmont games, be it Baseball, Football, Lacrosse, Tennis or Soccer.

Hillsboro Village is a 5-minute walk for coffee, brunch, and the Belcourt Theatre. Edgehill Village, The Gulch and 12South (Draper James, Five Daughters doughnuts & countless restaurants) are minutes away. Lower Broadway`s honky-tonks are about a 5-7 minute drive - close enough for a night out, far enough that you`ll actually sleep. Nashville International Airport is roughly 15 minutes by car.
