After exploring all that Nashville has to offer, retreat to this quiet, relaxing condo! We’re located less than 20-minutes from the airport, less than a mile from Vanderbilt, a mile from Belmont, and just minutes from some of Nashville’s most renowned music venues & attractions. The home is fully equipped with all of the essentials, from towels to cooking supplies and anything else you might need during your stay. We hope to host you for your next visit to Music City!

**Note regarding the pool: The pool is open year round, but is not heated. It will be open and available during your stay, but the temperature of the water depends on the season. Fun fact, this unique guitar-shaped pool was built by country music legend Webb Pierce!

**Please note that all cancellations within the cancellation timeline will be charged a 7% processing fee if cancelled. A required $300 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

$100 replacement fee if the parking pass or pool key is not left in the condo after checkout.

My husband and I just completed a 5-night stay at this Music Row apartment. Its location was great - walking distance to many things and an inexpensive rideshare to most anywhere else. We also really appreciated the free and easy parking. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-equipped though to be fair, we really only ate breakfast there. It was a great base for our stay in Nashville.

Lovely place! Great location!

This condo is so cute-the decorating is beautiful and just as pictured. We really enjoyed a long weekend here! Location was great for us- we used the Lime scooters to get everywhere we wanted to go: Broadway, Frist art museum, the Gulch area, the Parthenon, etc. It’s right near everything, but far enough that you aren’t disturbed by the noise of the city. The pool was nice & refreshing for an evening swim after hot humid days exploring. Was a bit concerned about only 1 bathroom with 2 adults & 2 older teens, but it worked out just fine with the shower, toilet, and sinks all being seperate from each other. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Nashville!

The owner was very helpful and communicative. The property came equipped with everything you need. The top bunk should only sleep one, as it is flimsy, but other than that, the property and stay were great.

Only thing better than the appartment itself is the host. Shes quick to respond and made the whole stay absolutely perfect. The place is clean, well decorated, and perfect location just far enough from the chaos but close enough to a nice strip of bars and restaurants. 100% recommend you stay here.

The overall experience was great. The master bed was not comfortable with that weird mattress topper. The pull out couch was in bad shape. Overall I would rate this property a 7.

October 2025 Bachelor Party

We stayed 10/3 - 10/6/25 there was 5 of us for my sons Bachelor party. The property was perfect for us and the Host was in contact with us throughout the stay to make sure our stay was perfect. Easy walk to local bars and a 20-minute walk to Broadway. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great location

We arrived and checked in no problems. There were minor repairs needed to the floors and other minor cosmetic things. The condo was decorated nicely and very convenient location and beds were comfortable. The pool was not able to be used our entire stay which almost ruined our trip , since it was a heat wave and we booked and chose this particular place based off of the awesome guitar pool. The owner did offer us to use the pool at another property during our stay, but that would have meant packing all of our pool stuff up and ourselves and driving , that was not at all what we wanted to do on our vacation . We were able to park the car and not drive the entire time, which was the plan. The AC wasnt working properly either, so that was not great. It was very hot, so no pool and no AC in bedroom to sleep was making us unhappy. The owners did send a box fan per our request immediately and said the untit was getting fixed the following week. They did come to try and fix it , but it unfortunately did not get fixed. We were giing to leave a few days early because of the pool and AC, but just went on with making the best of our vacation under these conditions. Overall we ended up making the best of our time, we were in Nashville , right? So, we had a lot of fun making memories together and enjoyed the location and accepted that as win. There was so much to do and see and we did have a great family vacation. Would have been 5 stars if we had the pool and AC

Lovely!

We spent two nights here on our way to the Smoky Mountains. Loved the quiet neighborhood, restaurants within walking distance and Broadway was a 5 minute Uber trip away. The bedrooms are a little stuffy but we just turned the A/C down and kept our doors open and it was fine. Highly recommend!

Fun, Cute, great location!

I had my girls getaway at this rental and it was perfect. Definitely spacious and clean. I loved the location we had restaurants and bars close by that we could walk to. Even during the hottest week, made time to enjoy the pool, which was much needed. Overall we would go back.

Layout of the condo is goofy , lol No balcony to sit and enjoy the evening temperatures. No fan or window in the toilet area. And the walk downtown , further than expected.
