Had a reservation for a king bed, accessory room, got there and they put us in a regular queen room with black smears on the white bedspread. Wrinkles like it had been slept in several time. I went to the desk and asked for my accessory king room. He tells me there is no king. Gives me another room with an accessory bathroom which was just a little wider than a regular bathroom, regular tub with multiple handicap bars..
The shower curtain rod looked like it had been pulled out of the wall several times. The access panel to the tub faucet was busted open.
The tiles in the entry way were busted and cracked and uneven, almost tripped on them several times.
It had a funky smell.
Parking was ok.
Air conditioner worked.
Sheets seemed clean
Bed was comfortable
We only stayed one night but I doubt I will be back there unless just desperately needing a room.
Staff was good. Friendly. Didn't give me any attitude when I asked about my reservation. I guess they are doing the best they can with what little they have.
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past few years. It's slowly going downhill. It use to be a super 8.
Not sure who owns it now.
If your choice is this hotel or the red roof across donelson pike. Pick this one.. if not spend anothet 25 bucks and go somewhere else.
