THE SPACE

This cozy space is perfect for those who want to see the sights of Nashville but also desire to soak up some time at a relaxing home base. The open living space invites you in with natural beams of light and comfortable furniture. A brilliant chandelier marks the focal point of the home above a six-seat dining table.

Steps away, the kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, along with anything you may need to whip up one of your signature dishes for fellow guests. A center island allows for additional prep space and seating for two. And don’t worry… a Keurig coffee maker is ready, with an assortment of coffee and tea provided!

The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 3 spacious bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 (La Suite Principale) offers a King bed and spacious ensuite bathroom featuring dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 (The Vacation Room) features a queen bed with a desk and mounted Roku-powered TV.
Bedroom #3 (The Game Room) has Queen-over-Queen bunk beds.
Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a newly-renovated bathroom with marble tile, Mid-Century Modern accents, and a shower/tub combo.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The property is located in the Germantown section of Nashville, just a few miles from the heart of downtown and right in the center of the cafes and restaurants native to the Germantown neighborhood. Staying here means it’s very feasible to walk to major attractions downtown or get a short Uber/Lyft ride for a cheap fee. Stock up on local fare at The Nashville Farmers Market 0.5 miles away. The Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, a gorgeous and active public park, is rich in history and reached in less than half a mile. To reach “Honky Tonk Central” on Broadway Street, an Uber/Lyft can get you to the middle of the action in less than 10 minutes. The home is right off of I-65, which makes the airport and the rest of Nashville very accessible. There are countless restaurants, places of interest, and shops to explore the areas mentioned above!
