This brand new 4 story townhome features 4 bedrooms, each with spacious closets, luxurious new linens and complimentary toiletries. The house is accessible via the front entrance or the double attached garage. The home also includes a combination washer and dryer unit. Two parking spots are available in the double garage, with additional free street parking available.

First Level - Garage, Entrance and 4th Bedroom with full over full bunk bed and twin sized trundle.

Second Level - Spacious open concept Kitchen & Dining area, Living room and 3rd Bedroom with queen bed, Full bathroom w/ walk-in shower. Outside living space off the 3rd bedroom as well as Living area.

Third Level - Primary bedroom w/ King bed, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Second Bedroom w/ Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower tub combo. Both bedrooms have their own outdoor Balcony.

Fourth Level - Outdoor Rooftop Deck with beautiful panoramic views!

Guests will have access to the entire home. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out.

Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.

Any indication of smoking within the house will result in a $250 fine.

PET FRIENDLY
We welcome pets but require prior information about all pets staying on the property. An additional $100 cleaning fee per pet will apply. Failure to register pets or evidence of unregistered pets will incur a $250 fine. Service animals, with appropriate documentation, are exempt from the pet fee; however, emotional support animals are considered pets.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
You'll receive check-in details before your stay. Standard check-in time is 4 PM. We offer early check-in at 2 PM for an additional $50 and at 12 PM for $100, subject to availability for bag drop-offs.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Standard check-out time is 10 AM. Please take out the trash and start the dishwasher before locking the door on your way out. Also, remember to double-check for your chargers, headphones, and other personal items before leaving. Our housekeeping staff will greatly appreciate your help! Late check-out options are available at 12 PM for $50 and at 2 PM for $100.

EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unusually messy state. Please treat the property with care, as you are responsible for any damage caused.

RULES
Failure to comply with these rules resulting in refunds or discounts for subsequent guests may lead to charges on your end.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement to activate their smart lock access code.
