The space
This combo listing includes two separate 1-bedroom, 1-bath condos, ideal for traveling together while still enjoying privacy.

We want y’all to have a great time in Nashville, but please note the following:

• A minimum $150 charge will apply for any vomit or urine requiring cleaning, including towels or bedding
• A minimum $150 fine applies for smoking of any kind inside the property
• Guests are responsible for any damage to items or the property

Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds outside of our established cancellation policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
