When it’s time to recharge, the condo offers two thoughtfully designed bedrooms and comfortable sleeping arrangements, giving couples, friends, or families plenty of room to settle in. The inviting living room is a comfortable place to gather, relax, and enjoy your favorite shows on the 55” TV. You’ll also have a private balcony overlooking the pool and the modern conveniences you need for an easy Nashville stay.

The Jesse is a brand-new boutique condo community in East Nashville, putting you close to some of the neighborhood’s best food, cocktails, rooftops, parks, and local hangouts while still keeping Downtown Nashville within an easy drive. It’s a great spot for guests who want to experience more than Broadway and get a feel for the local side of the city.

The building has some standout amenities of its own, including a heated outdoor plunge pool, communal sauna, fully equipped fitness center with Peloton bikes, elevator access, and free secured garage parking. An onsite deli is also expected to open in early 2027. For everyday essentials, Turnip Truck natural grocery market is just a short walk away.

You’ll also be surrounded by some of East Nashville’s favorite spots. Walk to Waymore’s for breakfast, drinks, and rooftop views, Butcher & Bee for brunch, Attaboy for cocktails, Radish Kitchen for a quick lunch, or Woodland Wine Merchant. Guests also have access to free secured garage parking and elevator access for a smoother arrival and departure. An onsite deli is planned to open in early 2027, giving future guests another convenient option just steps from the condo.

The building offers gated parking in a first come first served basis.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning or remediation costs if smoking occurs inside the unit.

We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.

Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play and baby gate (in homes with stairs) available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.
