Perfect Reunion

Our group consisted of 5 friends who used to work together and haven't seen each other since leaving the company 4 years ago. We've been trying to plan this forever and finally did! The place was absolutely perfect for us and we could not have had a better time. Our hosts were excellent and we would definitely recommend this property.

Great property!

The accommodations and amenities were great! The pool and hot tub were amazing. Absolutely perfect way to spend the day or end the night. The owners were kind and responsive to any questions. The details inside the home were really nice… it was also clean (super important to us). I took several pictures of the outside because it was so beautiful, especially at night, when the lights were on. Truly a lovely place to stay.

Would come back again and again

What a WONDERFUL weekend! This arrangement has a MTV modern world feel to it, with an artistic twist. Patty was super easy to communicate with, left goodies for our family upon arrival. Even offered for us to watch the fireworks with them as well. The pool is exactly what you see, top notch and so is the seating and lounging around it. Might need an umbrella or two for shade, but we had a blast! Patty mentioned Golly G"s Icecream and they did not disappoint. All amenities listed were spot on and we had a well needed family getaway!!

It was a good location if you don't mind a little driving, less than 30 minutes to downtown. It was very affordable and had all the goodies; pool, sauna, hot tub. All my friends want to visit this location now.

Perfect Getaway!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! The details to the lighting in the evening are gorgeous. This made for the perfect weekend/bachelorette getaway. We wanted for nothing and the owners were only a message away if we had a question. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here. Covid Escape

Covid Escape - my poor kids haven’t been able to do anything this summer because of the quarantine, so we decided to take a little road trip and ended up finding this gem of a place in Greenbrier Tennessee. The Davis’ have thought of every last detail to make our two night stay here remarkable in every way! My kids, husband and I had so much fun playing in the pool and lounging in the hot tub! We would all recommend this location to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Great place for a quick recharge. Guest house is cozy with comfy beds and nice extras (great snacks). Outdoor amenities are fabulous. Loved pool and hot tub. What a beautiful spot! Hosts were easy to reach and friendly but also provided privacy.

Perfect pool and property!

What a beautiful property! My family of four visited for a few days just for something different. Sparkling clean and as nice as the photos show. The pool was a dream after being stuck inside all spring. The kids (and maybe husband) loved the slide. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, though it was a little hot out for that. We kept saying how great it would be come October. The owners were wonderful as well. Not much to do in the town, though we did find a good ice cream place. We went downtown Nashville for our dinners. I'd stay again!

Covid-19 Escape

OMG, it’s amazing!!! Checkin was effortless, i was given all information pertaining to check in, things to know, and check out process prior to arrival. We arrived to a fridge complimentary stocked with beverages, a gift box full of treats, and a handwritten card of gratitude. Everything was clean and in mint condition. We received a daily message and sometimes two just to make sure everything was going smoothly and to answer any question we may have had. I was most impressed with their willingness to go the extra mile. One of them saw us working out one morning and the next morning they had pads, weights, jump ropes, cones, and other equipment outside ready for us! We’ve become friends while being there, and I’m thankful to have picked their place. We definitely will be back!! Peace and Blessing to the Davis Family! :)

Our stay was wonderful. The guest house is so cute, it was perfect and we were greeted with a wonderful card and goodies! Girls Night Win!!

This VRBO was the cutest and the most amazing place for girls night! It felt like a slumber party since we were all together in the same room. There were so many amenities provided. The owners were the sweetest people and were very accommodating. They stocked the fridge, left us a bunch of chocolates and snacks. They also provided many of the travel necessities. There was no getting bored here as there were games, a hot tub, a sauna, and so much more. Everything was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows were heavenly! I cannot say enough great things about this place. We were a little nervous about it being a guest house set up, but there were no issues and it felt like you were in your own private secluded slice of heaven!! Would highly recommend this place!

Little piece of paradise!

The property was absolutely beautiful, truly a little piece of paradise. Patty & her family were very hospitable. They were so friendly & did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. We had a perfect weekend & couldn't ask for a better place. We loved it & would love to stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone!!
