This new Nashville home was built with modern luxury and guest comfort in mind. There’s plenty of space for your whole crew to spread out across the four comfortable bedrooms, which are split among the four levels of the home.

The spacious home has 8 sleek full bathrooms. Every bathroom is stocked with plush, hotel-quality towels and a starter supply of complimentary toiletries and hairdryer.



The second-level bathroom sits off the main living space and features a walk-in shower.



There are two bathrooms on the third level: one in the hallway with a walk-in shower, and the other an ensuite to one of the bedrooms. The luxurious ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub as well as a dual vanity.



The fourth and final bathroom is located on the fourth level and has a walk-in shower.

The modern kitchen will have you channeling your inner chef with its state-of-the-art gourmet appliances, sleek marble countertops, and deep farmhouse sink. You can serve your meals on the large island (which also has 4 barstools) and then head over to the dining room table and enjoy your meals as a group (seating for 8). In the mornings, you can prepare your coffee just how you like it. Enjoy complimentary coffee, creamer, and sweetener.



☆☆ LOUNGES ☆☆

This house has ample lounge space throughout, providing plenty of inviting areas for your group to spread out. In fact, there are three separate areas for you to kick your feet up and relax after a long day of exploring Nashville.



The spacious living room sits right off the kitchen on the second level and features a large sectional sofa and a massive flat-screen Smart TV for all your streaming needs. There’s also a fireplace, a vinyl player, and a guitar to set the mood just right for your getaway in the Music City.



There’s a den on the first floor, complete with another Smart TV, vinyl player, and comfy sleeper sofa to accommodate any additional guests you may have.



The third and final lounge space sits on the fourth floor and features a wet bar, a small high-top table (perfect for light night card games), a flat-screen Smart TV, and a vinyl player. What Nashville getaway is complete without a record player in every room?

In addition to the ample indoor space, the home also features a private roof-level terrace with amazing views of downtown Nashville. There’s plenty of room for the whole group to chill up here, whether you’re enjoying an evening cocktail on the cushy couch, sipping your morning coffee at the table, or watching the sun go down from the two secluded chairs on the far end of the deck.

Guest Access:



Guests will have full access to the entire home except for a few locked owners' closets. Enjoy access to the beautiful, professionally-decorated spaces, including the gourmet kitchen, wet bar, roof deck, and more. Free parking is available.



Local guests are subject to additional vetting to ensure the property isn't being used as a party venue. Thank you for understanding. A lot of time, care, and money has been put into this home that we LOVE. We only want to have the best guests who will respect the property and our neighbors. We’re happy to host celebratory groups, but this is not the place for rowdy crowds!



CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back a full refund minus a $100 credit card processing fee. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance!



DISCLAIMER:

-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.

-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.

-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.

-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.

-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.



**There is an additional $500 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.**



EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:

Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before, or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last-minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of the deposit.



The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check-out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.



LUGGAGE DROP-OFF:

While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop-off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaner's ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station.





The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.



** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!



**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!

Convenient, Comfortable, and Classy

The property was even nicer than it looked online. The furnishings were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. The location is near enough to Broadway to get there quickly, but it is also close to trendy restaurants and unique shops. I would highly recommend this property to anyone I know.

FANTASTIC

The property was perfect for our group and the location was convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc...We commuted to Murfreesboro for soccer games but wanted to stay in Nashville. I would highly recommend this location.

Large family group for the Music City Bowl game

We had a large group stay here ranging an age from nine years old to 73 years old. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Both condos were well stocked. They are in a very convenient location… Within walking distance to the Gulch and only 1 mile from 12 south. Downtown is a 5 to 10 minute Uber ride. Ubers were readily available. We had a few little hiccups, however, the management company was very good to work with and fixed our issues quickly. I would definitely stay here again.
