🧼 Excessive Mess The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. We truly value and respect our cleaning team— and we ask that you do too by leaving the space in good condition. We would never want our cleaners to walk into a disaster or be exposed to anything unsanitary or disrespectful. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in this welcome book to avoid additional fees. Thanks for helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy!

⏰ EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS: Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.



The Neighborhood:

Although close to all of the action, the neighborhood is peaceful. The house is a short walk to popular bars, restaurants, & coffee in Melrose. Walk minutes to discover 8th Avenue's shops, boutiques, restaurants, and cafes, (Zanie's comedy club is a 5 minute walk), or venture into town to discover its live music scene. Walk a little further or grab a Lyft and you'll be in 12South. Honky Tonk Row is only 3 miles down the road, typically a $10 Lyft ride depending on the time of day.



Getting Around:

Quick/cheap Uber/Lyfts to anywhere. 15 minutes from BNA Airport, 5 minutes to Broadway/Honky Tonks, 3 minutes to the Gulch. Walkable to shops, cafes, boutiques, restaurants, and clubs. Beauty/Nail salons and a 24 hour gym all within 1 mile from this location as well!



Other Things to Note:

☆☆ CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back a full refund minus a $100 credit card processing fee. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance!☆☆



** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

→ Regarding the house: Max occupancy is 12 people. Occupancy can NOT exceed this number of people in the house. There is central air. There is a dishwasher & an ice-maker. Laundry is on the first level. The flex space upstairs has no door. In total, there are 6 beds in the house; 5 queen beds and 1 king bed. Towels & linen are provided for your guest count. Travel sized toiletries, 2 hairdryers, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware is also provided.



→ Once booked, we will send you info about the property and the check in process. You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival. This code will activate on your check-in day at 4 pm and deactivate at 11 am the day you check out. You can also reference your Airbnb Itinerary for helpful info about the check in process, House Rules, what we provide, and our contact info.



→ For security and to maintain the integrity of the property and neighborhood, we have installed Ring cameras. Cameras are on the outside of the house only.

The property is super..roomy, well furnished, comfortable beds, and well stocked with everything that you need. We were a group of 7 adults, and we were very comfortable.Phillipe and Sylvie go above and beyond with amenities...compared to other properties that we have rented. Luxurious bath products, coffee beans and grinder, a large selection of teas, etc. They are also very responsive to questions or issues that may arise. I recommend that you download the app that they send out....most useful, it has everything that you need as far as door code alarm codes, Information about the property, restaurants, etc.The property is a 10-12 Lyft ride to Broadway, and 20 or less from the airport. FYI, I checked both Uber and Lyft, and Lyft was always cheaper. The 12 South , with nice shops and restaurants, is about a 10 minute walk. Across the alley is a great Publix Market..very convenient.We would highly recommend this property for a great stay in Nashville!

This home was the perfect landing spot for our group. It was perfectly laid out with comfortable beds, ample relaxing spaces and 4 bathrooms. It was also right behind a Publix grocery store, perfect for spontaneous food needs! Walked to Belmont (mansion) and used Uber to get around the city without difficulty. Would come back in a heartbeat!

50th birthday trip!

There were 7 of us and we had an amazing time! The home is beautiful and the layout was perfect. Close enough to downtown activities! The only thing that was a drawback is that it is on a street just behind a busy shopping market and the delivery trucks start VERY early every day. The bedrooms that face that side hear it the most.

Loved staying here for a weekend on Broadway! 10 adults stayed here comfortably. Right across the street from a Publix & 3 great place to eat within a couple blocks. 5 minute drive to downtown. I will stay here again!

Early Bird Paradise

First and foremost, hosts are exceptional! So responsive. The home itself is Amazing! So clean and filled with every need you could ask for. Great space and decorated so adorable! Awesome on site parking and alarm system a definite plus! The only negative is that this home is directly behind the Publix. Every single morning between 5:30 and 6am the delivery trucks arrive. For people that aren’t noise sensitive… this probably isn’t an issue. The upside is that it’s a 2 second walk to get groceries!!! We still enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

We had a wonderful family gathering!! The house fit 6 adult family members comfortably. The house is beautiful and very clean. Easy access to downtown, Belmont, Vanderbilt, Music row, and airport!! The home was accurately described and was very conveniently located. The grocery store was an easy walk along with restaurants for breakfast and lunch. All major attractions were within 10-15 drive at the most including the airport. We would absolutely stay here again.

Close to airport, dining/shopping and golf club reason for our visit. Plenty of space for 2 families. Especially appreciated that all soap dispensers, and shampoo/conditioners were full. Only slight downfall is early mornings there are commercial trucks a little loud due to location of townhome.

We selected this property for a girls weekend. Everyone loved the property and raved about the cleanliness, design and extremely thoughtful attention to details. The hosts anticipated all potential needs and questions in their communications and thorough property guideline. Two minute walk to a Publix grocery store, three minutes to a Hattie B’s, and a nice 15-20 minute walk to the adorable 12 South shopping/restaurant area. The bedrooms are set on three different floors, which we liked, as it gave everyone nice space and privacy, but would note the multiple stairs for anyone with mobility issues. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again in the future.
