Cozy Two-Story House in the heart of East Nashville

The best part of this house is that it offers the feel of a national-park cabin, including the scent of pinewood, and total privacy while still being in the heart of East Nashville, proximal to everything on this side of town as well as close to downtown and only 15 minutes from Vanderbilt. There's a large, fenced-in yard. Windows facing east, west, and north. Beautiful natural light. Plants thrive here. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are downstairs; upstairs is the bedroom, with a brand-new mattress and linens, as well as another room than can be set up and used a home office or a space for yoga, etc. I've included photos of each and I am flexible; my priority is that the house serve you and your needs and support you feeling comfortable and at home. There is no oven, but the kitchen has a large refrigerator, large toaster oven, new microwave, coffee maker, and other appliances. Sheer curtains can be swapped out for opaque ones & vice-versa. This is a really special place, quite different from others, and perfectly suited for one person or a couple.
