Cozy private home in E. Nashville near downtown!

About this space
Enjoy my updated quaint home in the heart of historic Lockeland Springs. Pet friendly and walkable to all the East Nashville trendy spots and a quick 9 minute drive to downtown. East Nashville is the place to be with amazing food, nightlife and the wonderful Shelby Park. Enjoy super fast Fiber Internet, cozy neighborhood perfect for families, the big backyard with a charcoal grill. Sleep late in comfy beds and grab a coffee around the corner at the coffee shop!
The space
My home was built in the thirties and you can see a lot of the original charms mixed with a rustic industrial farmhouse vibe that I have lovingly added. The kitchen and bathroom are completely redone and the entire house has been updated.

I have Hulu, Netflix and HBO Now for you to enjoy (but no regular cable). Fiber internet, the coffee is stocked and a few snacks will be there to munch on. The towels are fluffy. I have an assortment of healthy, eco friendly kitchen and bath products provided by Public Goods.
Guest access
You will have the full house, the covered patio and a large backyard all to yourselves.

I have an August lock so you'll be able to access the house during your stay through the app on your phone or the August Keypad.
Other things to note
Please make sure to respect our neighbors and neighborhood while staying at the house! Keeping noise down at night, especially if outside is greatly appreciated as its a family area.
