The Rooftop. Coffee up here feels different at sunrise, with the river below and the skyline waking up across the water, and the fire pit keeps the night going long after Broadway winds down. Nobody comes down early.

The Bedrooms, sleeps 12. No lines, no shared showers, even with a full house. Ground floor: three single beds with en-suite. First floor: queen with en-suite. Second floor: the primary suite with a king and en-suite, plus a fourth bedroom sleeping five across a queen, a double and a single, with its own en-suite.

The Game Room and Garage. The ground level is the fun floor: ping pong and darts for the hours between outings, with the attached two-car garage behind it. Covered parking this close to downtown is a quiet luxury.

The Living Floor. The chef`s kitchen, with full appliances and complete cookware, opens into a living room built for twelve and a Smart TV. Every bedroom has its own Smart TV, fast fiber WiFi runs throughout, and a full laundry room (washer, dryer, pods, iron) means you can pack light.

One evening up top as the city lights come on and nowhere else will feel right.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You`re on the quiet side of the river, minutes from the loud side. The house sits near the Cumberland in North Nashville, about ten minutes from Broadway and the Ryman and just five from Nissan Stadium, close enough on game day to be home before the parking lot empties.

When it`s time to eat well, Germantown is a short drive: Rolf and Daughters, City House, and Henrietta Red anchor one of Nashville`s best dining neighborhoods, and The Pharmacy`s burgers and beer garden are equally close, all within about six minutes.

With I-24 and I-65 right at hand, everything else in the city, from Music Row to the Opry, is 15 to 20 minutes door to door. Stay out of the congestion, keep everything in reach, and come back to the rooftop with the skyline you were just standing under.
