The living area features a sleek black sofa, comfy armchairs, and a Smart TV—great for unwinding after a day (or night) on Broadway. Interior windows look over the hallway below, adding to the loft feel.

Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, then sit down at the dining table for four. WiFi is provided to help you plan outings or catch up on email. The bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bath, while the queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexible sleeping space for friends or family. Please note the home has stairs.

Important Things to Note

• Stairs: The home has stairs. Please review photos to ensure this setup works for your group.

• Parking: There is no on-site parking. We recommend Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street (about ½ block north) or its sister site at 310 Commerce Street. Both allow 24/7 entry/exit and are approximately $40/day. Rates and availability are subject to change.

• Security cameras: Cameras are located above the front door and in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway. They monitor exterior/common entry areas only.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please reach out with any questions.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
