The house is walking distance to Centennial Park and the Parthenon while only a short drive from Vanderbilt, Belmont, downtown, and Broadway.



1st Floor: Living room, dining area, full bathroom, and access to one-car garage, including three couches, gas fireplace, smart TV, bar cart, and fully-equipped kitchen (spices, coffee and tea, pots and pans, glassware, etc.).

2nd Floor: Bedroom/game room hybrid including a retro arcade, foosball table, garage gate, and bunk beds.

3rd Floor: Includes two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and the laundry room. The first bedroom includes a king-size bed and smart TV. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a private balcony.

4th Floor: Primary bedroom with two queen-size beds, smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and a free-standing bathtub.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet while only walking distance to tourist attractions such as the Parthenon plus many music venues and restaurants (Fable Lounge, the Local, Bricktop`s).
