Checking took 38 min. We were first in line. That’s just how long it took two people to check us in. We have rented 2 rooms for 4 days, 3 nights.
No hot water (cold showers) for four days straight. the morning of check out the water was mildly warm.
I tried going down to front desk a few times to tell them the problems, but they are obviously understaffed and the line at the desk was always long. Never was able to get the problems addressed. The hotel sent automated text to me after the first day asking how we liked the rooms. I responded listing the problems but never heard back from anyone.
Fridge door broken in one room.
Floors filthy, the bottom of our socks were black within minutes, we had to keep shoes on at all times.
Front door looks like it had been violently kicked in on one of the units which raised security concerns. Deadblt and handle were bent and very loose.
TV kept glitching and freezing, almost impossible to watch anything. Half the TV channels were unavailable in one room but worked in the other.
Constant fan feature didn’t work on a/c in one room so the unit kept turning on/off all night.
Toilet seat lid broken and cigarette burns on the lid.
Cut my elbow open on sharp edge of grab handle on shower.
We were stuck here for 4 days. 4 days of cold showers. Spent over a thousand dollars for 2 very poorly maintained rooms. Such a waste of $1000. The only good thing I can say is the beds seemed clean and comfortable.
