Three ovens, gas cooktop, two pantries, multiple coffee makers (Nespresso, espresso, French press, drip, pour-over, and K-Cup), and spacious prep areas mean you’ll never feel cramped—even with a full house. Two indoor dining spaces seat up to 20, with 6 more at the kitchen island. A large outdoor deck nearby seats 16 more for al fresco dining.

This stunning estate is located just 25 minutes north of downtown Nashville and Broadway, making it easy to access all the action while returning to your peaceful retreat at day’s end. Please note: While this home is filled with fun, it is not intended as a party house. Loud or vulgar music, smoking, drugs or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. We cherish our peaceful neighborhood and kindly ask that all guests treat it with the respect it deserves. Violations will result in cancellation of your stay.

*Our pool is not heated. The typical TN swimming pool season is Memorial Day to Labor Day. Our pool will be open from May 15th through until September 30th annually. We will often open it slightly earlier than those dates simply to prepare it for the season, but we do not guarantee it to be swimmable prior than May 15th and temps in May can still be cool.

We rented this home for our annual staff retreat and client dinner, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The spacious layout made it easy to host team training sessions and break into smaller groups for meetings. The pickleball court was a fun bonus that helped build camaraderie among staff. We also brought in a private chef for a client dinner, and everyone was impressed with the setting. Overall, the home provided an excellent experience for both our team and our guests.
