Located just minutes from downtown Nashville, this brand new modern 1 bedroom condo is perfect for couples traveling together, families, or for larger groups (sleeps up to 6)! It's a quick 10 minute Uber ride to the Honky Tonks on Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, the Music City Center, and Nissan Stadium! It is walking distance from the legendary Swett's restaurant, Blackstone Brewery, the Merle Haggard mural, One City, Centennial Park, and HCA Healthcare! Wifi, cable, and parking included!

A regular priced non-surge UberX ride to Broadway, our famous strip with live music and bars, will cost around $10-$12 and take less than 10 minutes (without traffic).

Inside the unit you will find everything you will need to relax and work on your trip. The building is brand new with all modern furnishings, including a full size washer and dryer. There are 4 total beds: There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room, a queen air mattress, a twin sized air mattress, and a twin sized floor mattress.

WiFi is included and there is a RokuTV where you can watch basic cable through SlingTV. I also have a subscription to HBO Max. Coffee and basic hotel amenities are also available. There is also a full set of kitchenware and pots and pans for cooking.

There is parking at the building and plenty of additional street parking available in the area. It is a quick 10 minute drive to all the neighborhoods in the downtown area including Lower Broadway and the Riverfront, Midtown, 12th South, Vanderbilt, the Gulch, Germantown, and the State Capitol. And it is a quick 15-20 minute ride from the airport. All metered street parking across the city is free after 6 pm and is usually pretty easy to find on weeknights.

It is about a 10 minute walk to One City, an area with some restaurants and a coffee shop, and a 20 minute walk to the Parthenon at Centennial Park. It is also about a 13 minute walk to HCA Healthcare on Park Plaza.

It is a residential building so please be courteous to the neighbors. I also have another one bedroom unit if you are traveling with a larger group, please see my other listings or message me for availability.

Bachelor/bachelorette are allowed. House parties are not.

Check in is anytime after 3 pm and check out is at 11 am. Check in and out can be flexible depending on other bookings.

There is a 2 night minimum on reservations more than one month from today.

If you were looking into renting a car for your stay, I have a Lexus Convertible listed on Turo that I can have parked in the lot, ready to go for you. The keys in will be in the unit, and you will be able to freely use the parking lot. Message me if you are interested and I can send you a link to the Turo listing.

Local bookings are not allowed. There are no interior cameras in the home, but there are security cameras on the premises.
