Four townhomes, sixteen bedrooms, and room for 32 guests, all booked together in the heart of East Nashville. Lischey Full Buyout brings Lischey, 98 Degrees, The Stage, and High Note into one full buyout, so a big group can spread out across separate homes and still spend the whole trip together. Broadway is about a 10-minute drive or rideshare away, close enough for live music any night you want it, with a quieter neighborhood street to come back to.

**THE HOMES**
Lischey, 98 Degrees, and The Stage sit right next to each other, three-story townhomes that pair modern design with a bit of Southern warmth. Each one opens into a bright living area with a plush sectional, the easy place to land after a day out in the city. The kitchens are big and made for real use, with stainless steel appliances, sleek finishes, and an island lined with barstools for breakfast or late-night snacks. Every home also has a desk vanity, which works just as well for a few work emails as it does for getting ready before a night out. Covered balconies with lounge seating carry the living space outside, good for slow mornings with coffee and relaxed evenings after dinner.

High Note rounds out the group with the same three-story townhome style and a corner balcony overlooking the neighborhood. It's one of the best spots in the whole buyout for catching the evening light or winding down after a night downtown.

**THE BEDROOMS**
Each townhome sleeps 8 across four bedrooms, which adds up to eight king beds, four queens, and four bunk rooms for the full group. In every home, the primary suite has a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom. A second king bedroom and a queen bedroom share a hallway bathroom, and the bunk room has its own ensuite, so kids, cousins, or the friends who planned the trip all get a comfortable place to sleep. The bedrooms at Lischey, 98 Degrees, and The Stage each come with a TV. At High Note, the primary suite sits on the third floor for extra privacy and quiet, while the bunk room is on the first floor, a smart pick for little ones or anyone who'd rather skip the stairs.

**THE NEIGHBORHOOD**
East Nashville has an artsy, eclectic, local feel, with independent restaurants, coffee shops, live music, and shopping all close by. Momento Specialty Coffee is just around the corner for your morning pickup, and Highland Yards is about half a mile up the road, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and beauty and wellness services. Five Points and many of the neighborhood's favorite restaurants are a few minutes away. For time outdoors, Cleveland Park is nearby, and Shelby Bottoms Greenway has miles of trails along the Cumberland River for walking, running, or biking.
