Bachelorette weekend

Everything about this house is perfection! If you’re looking to stay in Nashville look no further than 12 South. We had a group of women stay in this house for 2 nights we had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Being able to walk right into town was great! The outdoor space was beautiful. Check-in, parking and check out were a breeze! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Perfect House for Your Wedding Weekend

We booked this house for my bridal party to stay the weekend in Nashville and we could not have been more pleased! The house is a beautiful backdrop for getting ready photos and we had plenty of room for everyone to get their hair and makeup done. The back patio is huge and perfect for spending time with friends.

Lovely Getaway

We are returning guests to 12 South. Our visit fantastic and has been every time. The home is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly want and then some. Great getaway for full family or couple. Cute town, lots of boutiques and restaurants to enjoy. Thanks for having us!

BEST Rental I have ever stayed in...

my girlfriends and i had an absolutely amazing time here!! There were 11 of us staying for a low key bachelorette party. We originally planned to walk around the town and go to the bars in the evening, but we ended up spending most of our time at the house. It is EXTREMELY walkable to downtown nashville (literally the block right next to it) so we could take short little walks to ice cream, dinner, shopping, etc. plenty of seating for everyone to hang out together, and the outdoor area is beautiful- this is where we hung out, enjoyed a too few many drinks, played games, and just enjoyed each others company. i love to travel and have stayed in too many rental properties to count, and this by far was the best one and exceeded my expectations. Sometimes, the pictures look better than the actual home but this was the opposite- the pictures did not do it justice!! Check in and Check out was so easy, i would highly recommend this for anyone- whether its a large group of friends, family, and couple's get away, bachelorette party, whatever! it was amazing!

Wonderful, clean stay in middle of Nashville

While visiting my daughter we wanted to get away and stay in or near Nashville and found one of the cleanest properties yet. We enjoyed the fire pit on a cool evening then watched movies by the fireplace inside. The house is so well thought out with something for everyone including tv's throughout the property and a game room! My favorite part was the little things that made the stay special for example the book located in kitchen explains the property history, the nightlights had oil infused scents, the bedrooms had sound boxes for sleeping, and a well stocked kitchen. Hope to come back with larger group and stay again!

Perfect location, can walk to all adorable places in Nashville. Perfect hosts, excellent communication with any of our questions like "how to turn on fireplace ". Perfect size, room for teenager to hide from us while her brother played in hot tub. Perfect primary suite, rain shower and heated floor.

Awesome girls weekend!
 The house was beautiful and close to everything. We went winetasting and shopping around town and enjoyed a couple of the restaurants. We really loved the back patio which had the hot tub, corn hole and firepit. We would stay here again!

Team Outing

Took my work family for an overnight outing. We all loved our stay. This home was well equipped and accommodating to our group of 8 adults. Loved that we could walk to all the great shops and winery. We all agreed we would definitely be back with our families in the near future.
