Here, you can save a little money and whip up breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in the well-equipped, full kitchen, kick back and channel surf in the cozy living area, or step out onto your furnished balcony and watch river roll by. On-site, you'll find shared gas grills if you want to upgrade your home-cooked menu and a firepit, the perfect place to meet your neighbors!



This condo is centrally located downtown so you're just minutes from all of the action offered throughout Music City. You'll be less than a mile from Broadway Avenue, home to several famous honky-tonks, the Bridgestone Arena, and plenty of delectable Southern fare. Head north just six blocks to check out the very popular Germantown area and sample some authentic German food and beer! Visit the Tennessee State Capitol (both within walking distance), or head to the eclectic East Nashville neighborhood for shops and restaurants, only two-and-a-half miles away.

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.



Getting Around:

For your personal safety, we recommend using Lyft or another rideshare service when getting around after dark.
