A equipe é super prestativa. »

« Tudo excelente!

« Chambre correcte »

« Funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã ótimo »

« I don't recommend this hotel. The wifi is not working properly, it's really upsetting. The architecture of the hotel is quite wierd: there is no comun area, the two pools are too deep or not deep enough, not really welcoming , a little bit narrow. It's ok for a short period of time but it's not at all like a little resort hotel with big pools, which I thought it was. Localisation is good, near the center, on the beach, but.... not a pretty beach, just ok for a quick drink. The nice beaches are...

« Quarto limpo, muito bom o atendimento! »

Voltaremos »

« We had an excellent time here, I can say almost everything was perfect. The customer service here was perfect. Alex was the guy that helped me out most of the time and I can say he was the most helpful guy I have ever met and he even helped me plan out the perfect proposal to ask my partner to be my girlfriend, because of the way Alex treated us we will for sure comeback soon and we will recommend this hotel to everyone when visiting the island. Thank you to Alex and everyone else! »

« We had an excellent stay at Velinn Pousada Casa de Pedra. The location is convenient, the rooms were well lit and clean, and best of all, the staff were so kind and welcoming throughout. My family, friends and I booked several rooms in August for my wedding in Ilhabela, and we all had wonderful things to say about our time at Velinn Pousada Casa de Pedra. »
