« Pratique avec piscine »

« The hotel was clean….but for a Hilton Product and the level of service you usually receive …the Hampton Inn and Suites Tacoma disappointed. We stayed a total of four nights and did not receive house keeping services until the morning of the fourth night… even after going to the front desk every night requesting fresh towels. The hotel did mention they only provide daily service every second day, they only offer daily service upon request…but with that said even after two nights, they still did...

« I didn’t like there was no swimming pool, no hot tub and no out side patio to set outside. For the price of the Hilton garden hotel. I was very disappointed for such a name brand as this with that kind of price tag on it. So yes I was very disappointed to have to go across the street to set at someone else property to enjoy the limited outside for 7 days »

« Great hotel. Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. And easy parking. »

« The hotel itself was great. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. I was glad to see the security camera sign in the parking lot. The neighborhood/surrounding areas were ghetto. It located next to and across from motels, auto shops, tire shops, loan cash store, a gun store, storage place, etc. There were food options around but I would recommend to drive there and lock the car door once you get in, just in case. »

« When I pulled in, went to go into the lobby and it was locked with an arrow pointing to a window. There was only a little drawer that I had to pass the hotel manager my credit card and drivers license through that. No intercom so it was very hard to understand her. I’m just a person that would want to have the face to face interaction and not feel like a criminal trying to check in. I would definitely suggest them putting in an intercom so we can actually hear each other. Moving to...

« L’hôtel est son petit déjeuner. Ma chambre a été laissé ouvert à deux reprises malgré que je l’ai signalé. Aucun geste commercial n’a été effectué. Aucune excuse de la part des responsables de l’accueil. Cela est inacceptable quand vous partez que vous rentrez et que vous trouvez votre chambre ouverte parce qu’ils ont oublié de la fermer correctement cela m’a vraiment déçu et ce n’est pas à une seule reprise à deux reprises. »
