« I liked the modern payment system that was used for booking the trip, the food was great, the location was as described. I disliked the communication with the reseller this booking goes through. They dropped the ball on communicating pickup time and itinerary confirmation, even when i tried calling and emailing them. I also disliked the value of what you get with this trip. « J’ai été agréablement surpris par cet hôtel, pas vétuste du tout contrairement aux autres commentaires. La navette fonctionne très bien, les chambres sont propres, la salle de bain récente, les peintures fraîches. La piscine est géante avec des petits ponts et l’extérieur est très sympa. Séjour d’une nuit pour un transit, excellent. Je conseil. »

« J'avais une réservation pour le 21 juillet de 13h00 à 14h30, j'ai reçu un message comme quoi ils avaient un problème avec ma carte (faux, et j'ai réservé 10 jours à l'avance), ils ont annulé ma réservation à la dernière minute, ils ne me donnent pas de solution et la réception raccroche mon appel alors que je les appelle pour trouver une solution. C'est un abus, c'est irresponsable, c'est une arnaque. »

« The amenities and rooms are very primitive, you have to go in knowing that. My girlfriend and I went in thinking that we weren’t going to have any electricity and that fresh water was scarce, neither of which were true. The shared showers/bathrooms were dirty, but only because they are being used constantly by the day-trippers to the island (the bathrooms were cleaned nightly though). It’s a place to disconnect and enjoy the beautiful beach and truly relax. The native Guna people are wonderful...
