« I liked the modern payment system that was used for booking the trip, the food was great, the location was as described. I disliked the communication with the reseller this booking goes through. They dropped the ball on communicating pickup time and itinerary confirmation, even when i tried calling and emailing them. I also disliked the value of what you get with this trip. Id expect better cleanliness and standards for this trip. I also disliked when the staff on the island said i needed to pay...

« Deze ecolodge heeft geen 5 sterren en wie hierheen gaat voor luxe kan beter ergens anders heen gaan. Maar deze plek is fantastisch gelegen midden in de natuur, met wandelwegen naar een waterval. De accommodatie is dus heel eenvoudig met schone bedden en gedeelde douche en toilet. Maar als je na een nacht met junglegeluiden wakker wordt en het uitzicht ziet, wordt je direct blij. Ook de maaltijden zijn van goede kwaliteit en prijs. »

« J'avais une réservation pour le 21 juillet de 13h00 à 14h30, j'ai reçu un message comme quoi ils avaient un problème avec ma carte (faux, et j'ai réservé 10 jours à l'avance), ils ont annulé ma réservation à la dernière minute, ils ne me donnent pas de solution et la réception raccroche mon appel alors que je les appelle pour trouver une solution. C'est un abus, c'est irresponsable, c'est une arnaque. »

« Aucune connexion internet à notre arrivés jusqu'à notre départ le lendemain, chambre propre mais le séchoir et la prise de salle de bain ne fonctionnaient pas. Piscine pas très propre à mon avis. »
