« Overall property was excellent and location was great within walking distance to all the famous temples in Nara Park. However when requesting a taxi to take us back to the train station it took longer than expected and we missed our train departure. Also taxi/car is limited as the hotel is located directly in the park. Walking is faster but with heavy luggage it’s not very convenient. »

« Great value for money. 3 rooms on 2nd floor and 1st floor is common area with toliet, shower, kitchen, refrigerator. Traditional Japanese style room. Room is simple with matress, small ground table, A/C. Not much soundproof. No elevator & need to use stiff stairs. Host seems living in 1st floor. Use key to open/close room. Place is located on the side of small car road, not inside. Search '清舎' on google map. »

« Chambre confortable mais vieillotte et qui ne correspond pas aux photos du site…mais si l’on fait abstraction de cela le reste est à la hauteur des attentes. Bon service, onsen très agréable, buffet de petits déjeuners très varié… et lounge avec boissons diverses à volonté dans l’après midi et en soirée. À l’arrivée cela reste un bon rapport qualité prix. »

« Really nice hotel. Free shuttle to go to Nara downtown. Good quality and quantity for the breakfast. Rooms are quite new and mattress comfortable. »
