Drive to 35 min to Jet Blue Park or various other Major League Baseball spring time ball games.
Bring the kids to the Golisano Children's Museum and the Naples Zoo, for a few hours, then a memorable dining experience on 5th ave. Toast your family and friends as you savor your favorite wine while dining outside on a beautiful warm evening in downtown Naples. If you didn't spend all night strolling around 5th ave, try to catch the sunset within walking distance of all those restaurants.
The beach is on the west coast , so you will see the sun sink into the Gulf of Mexico leaving a red tint in the sky! Whether you like discovering exotic shells and hermit crabs occasionally while walking on the beach, there is a memorable experience for every age and interest in Naples FL!

During your stay, you will have full access to all areas of the house and its amenities. This includes the luxurious heated saltwater pool, the stylish outdoor living area, and the fully-equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a modern grill, ample countertop space, a sink, an icemaker, a refrigerator, and bar seating.

Guests can also enjoy the well-equipped fitness area inside the house, which includes free weights, a bench, and an elliptical machine. Additionally, the property features a spacious garage and ample parking.

For your convenience, you will have access to all appliances, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only area that is off-limits is the housekeeper's closet, a long rectangular closet located in the hallway. Additionally, please do not touch the irrigation controls, osmosis water system, water sprinklers, pool control, or the well.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY!
There has been instances where people are smoking outside and the smoke will travel inside if they’re keeping the door open. Therefore, there is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OUTSIDE OR INSIDE the property. THIS APPLIES TO THE GUEST AND THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS. If we see that there is smoking outside or inside of the property, a MANAGER will arrive on the property site WITHIN 45 minutes and immediately have all guests vacate the premises! There will be a charge filed with Airbnb, VRBO, or whatever channel guest used, if the house smells like smoke from any kind of cigarette, cigar, vape, etc.

CLEANLINESS OF HOUSE AND PROPERTY: The house and property should be LEFT EXACTLY HOW THE GUEST ENTERED THE PROPERTY ON THEIR FIRST DAY. EXAMPLE: There should be no food, sauce, or drinks on the counters, tables, floors, bedroom areas, furniture, bathrooms or around lanai outdoor kitchen or anywhere around the outside or inside of the property.
Guests are expected to clean up any crumbs, spills, candy wrappers, sauces, drinks etc., to make the house look like it did when they first entered the property. A vacuum is available at the property for guest to use and tidy up from day to day.
Kids should not be allowed to draw on the windows, sliding glass doors, bathroom glass, walls, floors etc., with their fingers, crayons, or any other objects as this will create an extra cleaning fee for window cleaners.
No glass should be brought outside to lanai area or outdoor kitchen area. The swimming pool will be inspected for broken glass or other hazardous objects and fees will be assessed to the guest if any of these broken objects are found outside in the pool or around the lanai area.
