We want you to feel at home and enjoy your stay! Please take a moment to review our house rules:

1. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: after 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM

2. No Smoking
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. Please use outdoor areas only.

3. No Pets (unless pre-approved)
We love animals, but unfortunately can’t host them here unless discussed beforehand.

4. Parties & Events
No parties or large events. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors.

5. Guests
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Care for the Home
Please treat the house as if it were your own.
Let us know right away if something breaks or needs attention.

7. Kitchen Use
Feel free to use the kitchen—just kindly wash dishes and clean up after cooking.

8. Trash & Recycling
Please dispose of trash in the bins provided. Follow recycling guidelines where posted.

9. Parking
Free parking is available on the driveway. Please avoid blocking neighbors’ driveways.

10. Check-out
Before leaving, please make sure lights are off, AC is set to 79, and doors are locked.
