Located on the second floor with desirable southern exposure, this luxury retreat is filled with natural light and features a spacious screened lanai perfect for relaxing. The Space:

New to our portfolio, this 2nd floor corner unit had been recently updated to enhance your stay experience. Come experience this The Open Concept design that you see thru out our properties. Beautiful kitchen, dining room and living room gives this residence a spacious feel. Enjoy lots of seating and relax watching our 75” Tv for true enjoyment. Guest rooms offer a Queen bed with 50” Tv and the 3rd room offers a Queen bed plus trundle twin bed. Should you need extra space for the young ones. Washer and Dryer in condo makes it easy for all. A designated desk area makes it easy to WFH, if you must. The corner lanai offers comfortable chairs for relaxing plus a table for 4 for your morning coffee overlooking beautiful peaceful tropical gardens.

Elevators make this 2nd floor very comfortable access.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full private access to the entire three bedroom condominium, including the spacious open concept living area, the fully equipped kitchen, and the private screened lanai overlooking the tropical gardens. The unit is conveniently located on the second floor and is easily accessible via elevator. In addition to your private retreat, you are invited to enjoy the world class amenities of the Naples Bay Resort, including the 5 swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym facilities. Please note that resort membership fees apply for access to these shared recreational areas. Fees are payable to The CLUB at arrival .

Registration fee is as follows: June 1 thru October 31. $150 - plus Daily Resort Fee $50 November 1 thru May 31 $250 plus $60 Daily resort fees covers everyone in your condo. This covers all amenities, WiFi, and self parking.

Secure garage parking is provided on site for your convenience, and we are pleased to offer an electric vehicle charger for your use thru the Club. Concierge service can help set up any reservations or tee times.

For beach lovers, the pristine white sands of Naples Pier and Lowdermilk Park are approximately ten minutes away, offering the perfect spot to catch a spectacular sunset. Whether you are looking for a gourmet meal, a morning coffee at a local cafe, or a relaxing stroll through the charming streets of Old Naples, everything you need for an unforgettable getaway is within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Getting to our Naples Bay Resort retreat is seamless whether you arrive by car or air. Southwest Florida International Airport is located approximately forty minutes away by vehicle. While public transportation options in Naples are limited, we highly recommend utilizing a rental car or rideshare services to explore the area with ease. For your convenience, the property includes garage parking and we are proud to offer an electric vehicle charger on site for guests traveling with eco friendly transportation. Once you arrive, you will find that many local attractions are just a short drive from our central location.



Other Things to Note:

Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM. Please note that while you have full access to the condominium, there are mandatory resort membership fees required to utilize the Naples Bay Resort amenities such as the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. Our property is strictly non smoking and pets are not permitted. For any assistance during your stay, our concierge is available to help with reservations or local recommendations.

We are just phone call away should you need us. Our concierge can arrange dinner reservations, golf times, arrange babysitting and anything else your group needs.
