Hotel parfait pour découvrir Naples
Chambre très spacieuse et bien équipée. Personnel très attentionné. Notre séjour de 4 nuits a été parfait. L'hotel est à deux pas du Teatro San Carlo, ce qui nous a permis d'apprécier pleinement une soirée d'opéra.

Hôtel et personnel au Top !
Hôtel extrêmement bien situé sur l’artère principale de Naples. Personnel à l’écoute qui nous a donné quelques adresses pour visiter et pour manger. On recommande vivement. Un lit un peu plus grand serait idéal vue la taille de la chambre.

Très bel Hotel très confortable
Très bel hôtel moderne, propreté irréprochable, petit déjeuner correct, très bien centré. Seul inconvénient, la réception de l'hôtel se trouve à l'étage et l'entrée du bâtiment au Rez n'est pas accueillante.

Super séjour
Hôtel très bien situé bien que pas facile à trouver à l'arrivée. Chambre et salle de bains belles et confortables Personnel super gentil notamment Mario et simonetta au service du petit-déjeuner.Dommage chambre très spacieuse à 20° en janvier alors que douce chaleur dans les couloirs et draps jamais changés sur 7 nuits passées. Mais j'y reviendrai avec joie.

This is by far the best hotel. I have stayed at in years in any country. Bright and shiny clean, the morning breakfast had a spread you would not believe, the rooms were immaculate, and the people were absolutely amazing. I would travel to Italy just to go to that hotel!

What a find! Nestled off a side street with rooms overlooking Galleria Umberto, Hotel Matilde is a modern gem in an old-style Italian building. The entrance seems a little rough, but don’t let that turn you off. The rooms are extremely well appointed, the location is quiet, the breakfast and service were first rate. I would not recommend this place to people looking for traditional hotel access with drive up access and a doorman. But if you want something unique and boutique, I highly recommend it.

The location is very confusing. It is part of the office section of the Galeria, but the entrance is through a back ally smelly and durty

I like the people and the staff, But have have a very limited breakfast. In addition there was a construction out side the building, as it was blocking the window, according to the hotel it was like just get used to it, until we asked to move room.

The room was large. The breakfast and its staff were excellent. The problem is the noise. From outside and from inside as well. The room walls and front door are not soundproof. You hear all the noise from the Via Toledo, the plumbing from other rooms etc. if you are noise sensitive, do not choose this hotel.

The hotel has a very welcoming staff that is easy to communicate with. It is very clean and the room was impeccable. We absolutely loved our breakfast every morning and the service was excellent. The location was in the center of all access to other points of Naples. They cleaned our room spotless everyday. We loved staying at Hotel Matilde! Would definitely be back!

We liked everything. The reception was friendly and efficient. The room was roomy and comfortable, and although the area tends to be noisy our room was silent. At breakfast the next morning the staff was friendly and outgoing and suggested things in area that we would have never thought of. (Limonata a pitoffo- who knew?!) We will definitely return.
