All You Can Golf! Fantastic views of the golf course, lakes and fountains surrounding this beautiful 2nd story Veranda home. Be a part-time member of the Cedar Hammock Country Club!
The space
Both bedrooms have king size beds with private bathrooms w/ bidets. The den has a pullout couch for additional guests. Great entertaining space inside w/ open concept dining room and family room with bar. Front and back screened in porches for sunrise and sunset! This house provides great opportunity to rest and relax after golf/tennis/bocci or all day pool activities, and that's just staying w/in the community gates. Cedar Hammock location is close to everything Naples has to offer w/ beach, shopping, dining and wildlife trails.
Guest access
Guests have access to all the grounds w/in Cedar Hammock. 3 pools, dining at the club for lunch and dinner. All access to free driving range, tennis courts and bocci. Golf is Free after 5:00 and walking.

30 days notice is required for member transfer fee ($250), you will have access to 18 hole golf ($75 a round) w/ ability to schedule tee times. Schedule tennis courts and access the fitness facilities.

Vehicle access sticker is required and available for you. There are restrictions to type of vehicles (no pickup trucks/trailers/boats).
Other things to note
There is a dress code for the Clubhouse, Golf Course and Driving range. All detailed information will be accessible after you check in.
