Coastal Cottage - Beautifully Renovated! Pet Friendly (Fee) - Pool Table!

This bright and sunny home has just been completely renovated with new owners and is perfect for a vacation with the entire family – in-laws and pets included! The spacious one-level floor plan sleeps 8 with three bedrooms plus a "pass through bedroom" to entertainment space, all bedrooms have closets. There are two clean and ample full baths. The master bedroom has a nice king size bed and a very large walk-in closet. The main guest bedroom overlooks the pool and has a queen size bed. An additional guest bedroom has two comfortable twin beds. The final bedroom/den has twin trundle beds and a brand new flat screened Smart TV.
Out front, there's plenty of space for two cars, a boat, kayaks or even a golf cart with less than a 5 minute ride to the beach or a host of dining and shopping at Mercato.

You will spend unforgettable afternoons on the large, beautiful, tropical lanai-with a covered dining area. Make memories with a large swimming pool, pool table, pool cabana bar with dining, corn hole, fire pit and a hammock! Entertain family and friends with a home-cooked meal from the brand new open kitchen with all the custom appliances and a gas-powered BBQ just outside. The dining and living room look onto the private terrace and outdoor dining table where you can enjoy a pool-side happy hour at the newly renovated pool cabana bar (complete with lights for evenings and electricity for the blender). Add to that a selection of board games, Karaoke machine, pool floats, beach toys and beach chairs and let the fun begin!

Take advantage of Naples' award-winning beaches. The white sands of Vanderbilt Beach Park are less than a mile away and offer snack concessions, watersports, and Cabana/lounger rentals. Or take the family for a picnic or some fishing and kayaking at the scenic Delnor-Wiggins State Park. The idyllic gulf-front park borders the protected Cocohatchee River Estuary, known for its prolific wildlife, including several bird species, dolphins, and manatees.

Don't miss Florida's world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment at the nearby Mercato. Nice three week stay

We enjoyed our time in Naples Park. House was comfortable for me and my husband. We had plenty of space to spread out. Home was very pet friendly and that was one reason we selected it. Also very convenient to Vanderbilt Beach. Pool was nice and the home was pretty well equipped. They supplied nice beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Only suggestion would be a better bed in the master suite. Naples is very nice in the winter.

Best backyard EVER!!!

The backyard was why we booked this place. The pool was extremely warm. The pool table and beach house was ideal hang out all day. Inside the house it was extremely clean and fully stocked with towels and cooking items. The decor was perfectly themed. The garage was stacked with wagons and beach toys and chairs. The communication was very prompt! there was a Whole Foods and being so close to the Mercato for dinner or just to walk around in the evenings. I would stay here again!

5 Star Stay at Coastal Cottage!

We spent 9 days at the Coastal Cottage and it was perfect for us! The house was clean and well equipped and the decor was perfectly coastal! The location made it easy to get anywhere we needed to go. We enjoy spending time at the house, lounging in the pool or playing board games around the table at night! The communication with management was by far one of the best vacation rental experiences we’ve ever had. They were awesome at getting back to us quickly with any issue or concern we had. I’d definitely highly recommend this rental to others without question.

Beautiful, clean home within 5 minute drive to the beach. The pool and outdoor area was well maintained and had lots of pool floats and toys. We were glad that the property manager gave an exact list of items/toiletries provided in the rental so we knew what we needed to bring.

Excellent Service, Great Amenities

Property is in a great location for everything in Naples. There's plenty of room for a whole family. We had my wife's parents, brother, and our 4 year old daughter with us and still had 2 empty beds. Had a great time at nearby Vanderbilt Beach. Parking at the beach was $10 for all day with easy drop-off point for loading/unloading right on the sand. We used the pool at the house every day as well. No need for water heater in July, that's for sure. We had two issues while we were there - pool water level dropped too low and after 3pm the gnats around the pool and bar got fiesty. We text the property managers and they immediately responded - sent over pool crew to top it off and sent over tiki torches to remedy the gnats. Great service! Great house. Had plenty of extra towels. Very close to Publix and Mercato and restaurants and beach. Definitely recommend!

Love the house it was very Nice, it looks just like the pictures. Communication also was excellent. I had to reach out to the office a few times for a couple little things and they always responded right away even after hours. The house was very clean, fun and comfortable. We had a blast.

Surprise party get away

Great location with all the amenities perfect for a family week away!

Check in and out were a breeze and this place was very clean and came with everything we needed plus some! Our family enjoyed the pool, corn hole, and pool table! We also had a couple movie nights in and spent our days at Vanderbilt beach just 2 miles away. All questions were promptly answered by the property manager and I highly recommend this house if you’re looking for something in Naples but close to Bonita and Fort Myers Beach too!

Another great time in Naples Park!

We had an amazing stay at this home. The pool table turned out to be a welcome addition to keep the men happy while the women went shopping! I love the location of Naples Park. So close to great shopping, restaurants and groceries. The home was newly renovated and very comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and it was well equipped. Weather was perfect. Highly recommend!!

Great Place for a Family

The house was lovely and well equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. The house was spacious enough for all of us -8 adult family members and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect and we used it often. Only recommendation I would have would be to secure the outdoor umbrellas a little better as the kept blowing over with the wind. It was a perfect family vacation place!

Super Clean / Great Service

The home was very clean and the property manager responsive to anything we needed. Pretty much everything in the kitchen is brand new, towels new, a good bit of new furniture. A great little place. As others stated, the "third" bedroom is a pass-through to the back of the house so it is not private. There are two nice private bedrooms.

Wonderful Vacation

The house was very clean with plenty of room for everyone. It was very well stocked for cooking and for spending a day at the beach or pool. It was only a short drive to several different beaches. This was our first trip to Naples and we had a great time! The property manager was great to work with as well. They were very prompt about replying with any questions or needs that we had.

Good but Quirky

The house was pretty much as listed but there is one quirk that's not included in the listing details. It does sleep 6. However, beyond the master bedroom, the other 2 bedrooms serve as part-time corridors to the Florida room. Not a deal-breaker but something that required an adjustment to. The people in one of the bedrooms had a glass door on one side of the room that prevented them from getting dressed in the room. That and when the occupants of those rooms went to bed, we couldn't use the Florida room any longer because you had to go through one of the two rooms to access the front part of the house. All that said, the house was as advertised and a good stay.

Clean house & well equipped kitchen

Property is presented as a three bedroom, one bedroom has no closet, master bedroom bathroom is very small, (bedroom is small also)one room is called a bedroom however it is a walk through to get to family room and pool(no privacy it has a glass door with no blinds. The front screen door handle was very difficult to operate and get the door opened. The neighbor is very mixed . It is a TWO bedroom house with limited closets. Best room is the back family room&with dining table(pool view)
